Time flies so fast. I barely noticed that we are already on the third month of the year. Yes, it is March. It's already a spring today - it will be a summer tomorrow. Are you TESSfully ready for a season? Mmm:) Simply imagine this beautiful 3 S's picture (better in 3D): sun, sand, sea... 

Now, let me change the question: are you TESSfully ready for a bikini-season? You know what I mean... this feeling, when you take off your light beach dress and get an immediate look from the half of the male population (if not all) tanning around?! It obviously deserves a double mmm:)

Personally, I loooove going to the gym, yet still - extra motivation never hurts. True Fashionista

If I ask you to name a true fashionista of today, what would be your answer? 

Olivia? Paris? Kim? Alexa? 

Well, you all have a reason, yet a famed fashion designer Alber Elbaz of Lanvin believes that her name is Minnie. Yes, Minnie Mouse. Two modern stars - the face of Disneyland and the brain of Lanvin - paired together to develop an extra special dress for a cartoon hero. Finally our beloved Minnie can exhale and throw her polka dot dress away (the further the better, in fact). A brand video shows a not-so-skinny Minnie selecting the fabric and working with Elbaz on the design idea. 

Her new outfit is a TESSful blue piece decorated with dazzling jewels and shinny sequins, that go fully in line with Minnie's style. Disney has announced that Minnie will be leading a fashion show held at the theme park on March 23rd, 2013.

Rouge et Noir

Even though the name of this post might sound as a reference to the historical novel in two volumes, written by Stendhal in 1830 (i.e. Le Rouge et le Noir), in practice I just want to share with you some TESSful pics. Gucci S/S 2013 Ad Campaign

Gucci goes bold and colorful for its Spring/Summer 2013 advertisement campaign, featuring returning model Karmen Pedaru (Estonian) and the brand’s very own Anja Rubik (Polish). Clement Chabernaud (French) became a male face of this season. 

Two years in a row the Gucci S/S campaign has been lensed by Mert and Marcus, namely prominent photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, who always work together. All shots are extremely minimal and clean, what gives a maximum focus to the outfits and accessories themselves. 

So, stay bright and enjoy the TESSful colors!

Heat it Up!

Valentine's Day is on the horizon... And we all know what that means: chocolate candies, heart-shaped cards and sexy lingerie. Here comes the main question: have you already found a perfect set to 'gift' your special someone?! Well, I've just read recently that in Japan girls give gifts on St. Valentine's Day, while boys - don't. Be Matte, not Mad

I love matte nails! They are so TESSfully chic. Matte palette is also the easiest and the fastest way to add a solid sophistication to your manicure, independently on the color itself. Whether you prefer bold or pastel shades, the matte layer on top will give your nails that impeccably sleek and posh look you always wanted to have. 

Said that, let me share with you my TESSful girlie secret. My biggest craving of the week is... yes, this astonishing grey nail polish you see below. It was a love at first sight. The color looks so warm and cozy on the nails, yet at the same time, it shows ambitions and certain toughness. This shade definitely dispel the myth that grey is a color of depression or apathy. No way! Instead, it screams confidence and a strong personality behind. Style-wise, it is quite neutral and can TESSfully complement any of your looks. 

(Now, when I re-read the post, it sounds to me as an ad, but believe me it is not! I am just sharing with you my sincere ...ahaaa and ...hmmm about my new find.)
